Perseus, or better known as Percy, was staring out a window towards the wilderness outside. Well, it wasn't really a wilderness, but in the tom kit's mind, it was a vast, unknown land to be explored. Percy wanted to go run around out there and be free, but of course he couldn't. That was a bad thing about being a kit- you weren't allowed to be outside on your own.
Percy turned from the window and his daydream to hop down off the windowsill and pad towards the old twoleg bathrooms. Maybe something was going on in there. Even if there wasn't, it was fun to look at his contorted reflection in the broken mirrors.

Mumbling a combination of words scrambled into a single sentence, a silver spotted tabby femme with eyes silver-grey like chilled icicles poised herself uncomfortably at the presence of another creature. Ceasing her words into a whisper that droned away suddenly, her paws shuffled as she shifted her position in an uneasy manner. Specks that appeared like they were manufactured by squishing raven feathers into ink and had been splattered in a certain pattern onto her winter ice assembling short-haired coat. Daughter of SilverBlood Permafrost and Fantaorange, Everlastingkit drew her illuminating oculars away from Percy's handsome figure that had a dark silhouette. As intelligent as she may be, the geeky personality owner gave a swivel of her pricked ears and her brilliant gaze sparked up like fireworks on the Fourth of July. Calculating information inside of her noggin intelligently, she made quick conclusions before he was very close. The approaching tom had a dark brown tabby pattern lacing his skin and a pair of incandescent orbs implanted is die of their sockets. "Hello." her acknowledgement came out like the gentle pitter patter of minuscule rain droplets onto a clouded window pane that could lullaby an infant child to sleep. The pleasant voice came from in between her pealed apart lips that she swiftly sealed together as if she hadn't said anything at all. Peeking her cranium from around the corner of inside the abandoned bathroom, Everlasting observed the opposite gendered feline from a decent distance.
-
Hearing the almost inaudible words spoken by the she-cat, Percy's ear flicked towards the sound. He turned his head sightly to the left, listening for anything else. His optics surveyed the area surrounding him, on high alert. He'd thought he was alone; obviously, this was not true. Like the floor held thousands of unseen mines, Percy stepped over the tiled ground, keeping his ears ramrod straight and his paws deathly silent. For a moment, he thought he had been making things up inside his strange- even he knew- mind. His eyes, however, landed on a kit peeking out from the bathroom. Once his eyes locked with hers, he felt all his defenses go down. She was pretty- no, she was beautiful. Her silver spotted coat appeared soft and downy. Her eyes were like ice, yet not in a cold or bone-chilling way. She was a female, he could tell that much, and appeared to be almost hiding from him.
Giving a small smile, as if he was trying to reassure her she was safe, he took a small step forward. "Hello." Was his simple reply, his voice sounding too deep and strong for a kitten of his age. His tail swished slowly in the air as he kept his orbs of green trained on her, waiting this new she-cat's reply. Would she run in fear? Would she snap back at him? Who was she? Thoughts raced through his head like a wildfire in dry grass. -
Previously manipulated plan spoiled just then, Everlastingkit let her top eyelid conceal over her phosphorescent ashen hued spectacles with tiny size and lengthened inky eyelashes draped down over for several split seconds before her cinereal oculars became their crystalline selves once again. Revealing more mesmerizing features, she allowed for one dotted, splotched, and streaked paw to be elevated off of the frigid tile flooring below her ink colored paw pads that appeared like they would like visible paw prints marking her travels and destination. It made contact with the floor by offering a murmur of a pat while she continued showing each more accessory until approximately half of her glass like structure build wasn't concealed by the corner wall like camouflage. Blinking, again, in an inquisitive manner, the three moon old joker leaned her cranium forwards to get a closer and more clear illustration of the lovestruck and worried masculine. The mademoiselle feline cocked her knowledge crammed noggin sideways in puzzlement towards his anxiety of what her reaction would turn out to be. "Something wrong?" she questioned in her ever so soothing voice that made the sound waves bounce gently off of the bathroom walls and occur as a mumbled echo. The statuesque beauty cared very little about her picturesque picture and more about the first impression she made on fellow creatures, even if they did not belong in the same species group as her. The winter scene assembling, snow kissed innocence drained from her eyes that compared to drizzling down snowflakes that would sprinkle down upon a roof early in the morning when birds tweeted their sweet hearts out. Secretly, she believed that he wasn't as pleasant as he appeared to be. Maybe he was like a monster or kit stealer in disguise that was always containing a devilish battle plan that never failed. Though it seemed very unlikely, you can never assume something wont happen because it could backfire right on you. The way his orbs glimmered like evergreen stars left her lost in their friendly depths until she found her route back to reality with a flick of her tail that was yet to be revealed.
-
Her voice aimed back towards him was a sweet sound. The dark tabby tom slowly sat down, his fluffy tail swishing around to cover his paws as he did so. His intriguing and inquiring eyes stared back at her in a calm manner. He thought about her question. No, there was nothing wrong. He simply wanted to find out who she was. They were quite different, he could tell. She was the moon, he the sun. She was ice, he was fire. And yet somehow, he was still attracted to her. "No, there is nothing wrong," He replied, his strong voice so unlike hers. "I simply wish to know your name." Her build was seemingly glass, and Perseus wondered if she would break easy. Unlike hers, he was broad-shouldered, tall, and lanky. His soft tone suggested slightly otherwise, however, as he waited hear her sweet reply.
-
My, my was this tom certainly interested in her, except Everlastingkit took a slight pleasing to know someone was directing attention towards her, not to mention attraction. Orbs much like moonstones flickering their illuminating light as the moon's rays glowed upon them, she traced his muscle build that apparently seemed as if his name could be switched to become Hercules. Fragile structure brushing against the corner of the bathroom entrance as she let her entire body be revealed to his very own pair of phosphorescent eyes. "Everlastingkit," she introduced herself, voice carrying out like a melodic lullaby; so smooth and luxurious. So all he wanted to be informed about was her address name? Awkward piece of information to what to be knowledge of. For some odd reason, his chocolate jacket of short-haired tabby patterned and streaked fur reminded her of something known as a cascade or waterfall; a chocolate waterfall to be technically correct. The way his texture was separated and laid out made her almost illustrate the well worth scene, as if she was experiencing the rushing water and light mist there herself. Aww, how lovely that would be. His muscles reminded her much of Heatherharvest's for she was a Leonberg dog and boy was she humongous, well, compared to Everlastingkit she was. Nodding her cranium once, she then disappeared into the bathroom and climbed her way up to sit on the countertop of which had sinks inserted in. For a split second, she glanced at the reflection of herself in the split, cracked, broken, clouded mirrors and sighed.
-
Watching as the she-cat named Everlastingkit disappeared into the bathroom, Perseus was impressed. She managed to be secretive, dainty, and beautiful all at the same time. Quickly returning to his soft paws, Perseus padded silently to the bathroom doorframe and peeked inside. His green orbs surveyed the room, sensing that he and Everlastingkit were alone. Instead of nearing the moon-like she-cat, the thought-of chocolate waterfall tom stood and watched her. Ringed brown tail flicking slowly from side to side, optics seeming to never blink, he watched her, eager to see what she would do. Her pelt seemed to sparkle in the reflection and sunlight like her fur held the night sky within itself. Her eyes were twin moons staring out across the silken universe of fur. He sighed, imagining it inside his mind.
-
Several drops of water were dripping from the faucet of the sink and down into the bowl below. Everlastingkit, being a lovely Savannah kitten, knew nothing about what this electronic mechanism did. Probably some awkward Twoleg object used for their educated offspring attending the once used school/knowledge supporter and provider. They sure did have unique ways of soaking up knowledge and learning all they needed to, all while teaching important life characteristics. Her mind twirled constantly at the thought of Perseus, otherwise known as Percy, and his magnificent appearance and love struck personality/reactions. His orbs were like emerald jewels polished until they shimmered like the stars themselves. Deep chocolate hued fur lacing around his muscular outline. Paws creating no sound as he moved along silently. Streaks of darker brown striping along his back, legs, and streaming out tail that was currently swishing in anticipation. "Perhaps minding in providing me with your name?" the words spilled from her creamy tongue ever so lightly, a small delight and satisfaction feeling flowing through and being transported by going along with the pathways of her bloodstream and veins/
-
The sound of the dripping water was the only sound for a moment before Perseus heard her question, spoken in the she-cat's creamy, smooth way. "My name is Perseus," He replied, the deep sound echoing off the tiled floors and walls. Although Perseus was the tom-kit's full name, barely anyone ever actually called him that. With a slight grin, he added, "But you may call me Percy." Indeed, he had been named after a dragon of ancient myth. He was proud of his namesake and wished to live up to it, which the tom-kit had already begun to. Starting at the starry pelt of Everlastingkit, he almost became lost the depths of her almost 3-dimensional fur. After a moment, he bunched his strong hind legs and leaped up onto the counter holding the sinks a few feet away from her. His tail twitched, a firework of chocolate seeming exploding into the air as he gazed at her, waiting to see what she would do next. Everlastingkit had fascinated him beyond anything else.
-
Perseus...Perseus...Perseus. Why did that mystical name sound so familiar to the three moon old cat? Whatever it was, it was rather difficult to remember. Sliding a paw forward, she stumbled and stooped down into the dip of the sink bowl that was an eggshell shade of white. The water droplets dripped upon her ears tips and made her scramble nervously at facing the fact that she had just performed a ridiculously retarded failure in front of another joker. Joker. That described her stupid actions right now. Something to make a complete joke out of. Everlastingkit's anxious orbs landed upon Percy as her ears flipped backwards and flattened down until it appeared like she had none at all. "Hello, Percy," she grumbled gloomily.
-
Percy had leapt forward as she fell into the sink bowl and was now only a few inches from Everlatingkit's face. He let out a short, awkward laugh. "Hello Everlastingkit. Are you alright?" He asked, his green eyes caring. The tom might not have been super-compassionate or loving, but he was always concerned over anyone that was hurt. She appeared quite embarrassed, and Percy took a step back, not wanting to make her feel any more joke-like than she already was.
-
"Alright, yes. Wet, yes." Everlastingkit grumbled underneath her breath, now sounding more rather embarrassed and ashamed of her foolish actions more than her smooth and creamy normal tone.
[ Sorry for the extremely terrible and lousy post.
I currently have very little muse. Please bare with me though. ] -
[Its okay. c: I know the feeling]
Perseus watched, mirth flickering in his bright green orbs. His ear flicked lazily as he stood there, unsure of what to do next. The striped tom didn't want to embarrass her further, but didn't want the awkward silence between them to continue. Her new tone as strange to him, but he assumed it was simply because of the slight slip-up she had made. Her eyes still continued to mesmerized him as the dragon-named cat waited for Everlastingkit to make the next move.
-
Scrambling upwards and out, Everlastingkit wiggled and scriggled around to release the water from drenching her. "Sorry, where were we?" her reply switched from bone chilling to her regular affectionate lullaby related voice.
-
Percy rumbled with light laughter. "I believe we were just introducing each other," He replied, "Not much other than that." His voice had remained the same while talking, but it seemed more open now, and friendly, instead of cautious and deep.
-
"Ah, yes," Everlastingkit chuckled.
[ Terrible post by fluorescent. ]
-
Percy laughed as well. "So, what now?" He asked, feeling awkward with the short posts by both RPers.
-
Everlastingkit shrugged while her roleplayer has no muse for her.
-
[Want to pause for awhile?]
Percy's ear flicked.
-
[ Sure. ]
