Vincent Valentine walked out of school looking around when he hears someone crying he walked over to a girl sitting alone "Are you alright" he asks looking at her

Lynette wipes away her tears and gets up.
" I'm fine." She lies -
Vincent looks at her closely "its not nice to lie but i can see that you don't want to talk about it so i'll just drop it" he says kindly "sorry i'm Vincent Valentine who are you" he asks looking at her

"Lynette Donner. I'm sorry you had to see me like this."

Vincent smiles softly at her "It's alright and it's nice to meet u" he says kindly

" It's nice to meet you too." She smiles but tears are still in her eyes.

he hands her a tissue "Here for your eyes" he says kindly "Would like to talk about something to get your mind off of the problem" he asks looking at her

" Thank you." She says " Yes, please, I would, thank you." She says greatful

"your welcome" he says kindly "what would you like to talk about" he asks loking at her

She gives a half laugh " Anything! Even the weather."

He laughs a little "hmm have you tried the food at steamboats" he asks looking at ber

" I don't think so."

"it's really good would you like to try some" he asks lookingat her

"Love to." She said her eyes twinikling but not with tears.

he smiled at her "alright lets go" he says as he statts to walk to steamboats

She followed him to Steamboats.
" Really, thanks for back there, for cheering me up and now taking me here." -
he smiled kindly at her "your welcome" he says as he opens the door for her

Kyle never would have done that. She thinks as she walks inside and smiles at Vincent when she passes him.
