It doesn't have to stay in the same place all the time, you could have it go out to explore or something. :)

Yes, I think this is power playing. Please no power playing, controlling a player's character, or naming a player's character without their permission. Dawn, just because you named it doesn't mean you should be able to keep the character. If someone power plays in this rp then the person whose character was power played on can role play as if the part that was power playing was an aim-to-hit instead, if they want to. So wolffang, you can choose to say that it never happened if you want, since it was power play. Dawn, you could redo that if you want to and TRY to take the pokemon this time without power play.

Burn nodded. "Yeah, she did. But she told me to use it only when it is absolutely necessary." She shrugged. "As for the food thing, I'm sure we'll survive!" Burn was always the optimist, probably because of she wasn't, she'd become totally depressed by a lot of stuff.

Burn's optimism was cheering Midnight up somewhat. Midnight was usually more of a moody pokemon, and not cheery like her sister. That didn't mean, however, that she couldn't be put in a good mood. "Well I suppose we have enough apples, and we'll only need the Oran berry if one of us takes a lot of damage from attacks. Besides, this is a forest dungeon. That means lots of grass pokemon, and I have fire-type moves to use on them." Just for fun, Midnight puffed a small flame at the ground. "So, what kind of item did mum give you?" Midnight asked once she was done goofing off.

Midnight looked at Burn, surprised. "She gave me the same thing," she said and laughed. "She didn't tell me how long I should wait before I use it, though." Midnight's expression turned thoughtful. "I think she wanted me to decide on my own when to use it." Midnight paused. "I'm not sure if I want to use it, though. You know, I heard that a pokemon's personality sometimes changes when it evolves. That kind of scares me a little. I mean, I might not be my old self... I guess that's why mom didn't tell me when I should use it. She might have thought that i'd be afraid to, and that i'd have to make that choice myself when i'm ready. I guess she figured that it's scary to grow up, but sometimes you have to make a choice, right?" Midnight blushed a bit. "Anyways, I see the dungeon entrance right up ahead. Do you want to go? If you're ready we can head right in."

Well you can do what you want with your characters, but just don't power play please.

Midnight wondered if that was true, if she really wouldn't change. I guess I can't say what it'll be like until I do evolve, but for now I should try to enjoy myself. Besides, I don't have to evolve right now, anyways. Midnight thought. "All right, lets go!" She said, heading toward the dungeon. She looked back to see if Burn was keeping up with her. "Watch out for water type pokemon, if there are any. I think water types are all we have to worry about in this dungeon, but they'll mostly be around ponds and streams if we even see any. Maybe we should try to avoid any water?" Midnight said.

Maybe, but I want to at least take some time in the dungeon. The first dungeons in the mystery dungeon games were not usually very long anyways.

OOC: To recap, Meta Knight, Burn and Midnight I believe are in a dungeon after a powerplaying mishap. Rysten is in his loner hole sentry position, and I believe some others are in the town. This is all I know of.

Hey should we role play the stairs in dungeons? Since it doesn't really make sense to have some stairs just sitting in a forest or cave that lead to the next floor...

Almost directly after Midnight and Burn entered the dungeon, a wurmple started creeping towards them. Midnight used her ranged flamethrower attack to hit it before it came too close, and to see how well it held up to her favorite attack. Sometimes you could estimate the strength of most of the pokemon in the dungeon by how powerful one of them was, since the pokemon in dungeons seemed to all be at close power levels. The wurmple fainted. "Ok." Midnight said. "That probably means some of the pokemon in here are just under my level." Midnight looked around. "Hey we can move on through the dungeon if we go over there!" Midnight headed for the way to the next part of the dungeon.

Midnight looked at Burn. "Probably, if you want to. Just be careful, though," Midnight said while nodding. "There's one!" Midnight said before a beedrill aimed a poison sting at Midnight and Burn. The move hit Midnight, but luckily she wasn't poisoned. She hoped the move hadn't hit Burn. Midnight used flamethrower on it, but the beedrill had barely survived the move.
