Kunchi had been laying in the shadows of a murky area near her territory. He was aware that she lived there but the scent of a lion coming closer made him stand. He was not going to allow a lion to come into his territory without a fight. Blueish green eyes narrowed the area where he had heard voices.

Kunchi snorted coming into view. What a ridiculous answer to being asked a simple question. "Need I ask why a lion is here?" He asked the other panther trying to keep his calm really.

"ill answer that! im not just a lion you know! im have panther!" he said growling

Another snort. "Don't be ridiculous...A panther would never mate with a lion. There wouldn't be a point in survival." The panther stood stealthily where he had been, giving a small glare but it faded.

"well then how do you explain me being black. huh? yeah thats right my mom was a panther and my dad was a lion!" he hissed

"WHY WOULD OU EVEN ASK THAT?!?!?!?" he roared clawing he across the face.

Kunchi wasn't really amazed when the fight started out. He didn't get into it though, instead he just stood there thinking that the female could defeat him herself.

he lunged at her knocking her over. he held her to the ground. his strength over-powering her. he showed no signs of letting go either.

That's when the big mass of black pounced on him, attempting to shred at him until he was held down to the ground himself. This panther would be hard to knock down due to how well he mastered fighting.

kovu was mad "WHAT DID I DO?" "YOU GUYS JUST DECIDE TO TRY AND KILL SOMEONE?" he clawed at the panthers face.

"We?" Kunchi questioned narrowing his eyes again at the other cat, "You mean you. You could have left at any time. You were the one who attacked." He dodged the claw by simply moving his head up.
