" Can I join you guys?" Mewed a voice from beside the entrance tunnel. A slender silver she cat slid out from the ferns right next to the entrance tunnel. "I haven't been out in ages" silvermist( the she cat) said. She walked up to blackstripe. " who's leading the patrol, and where are we going?" She mewed

"Me and yeah I guess u could come?"

"Thanks so much!" Mewed silvermist happily

Silvermist herd the reluctance in nightshimmer's voice. " but if you guys were just heading out alone then I don't have to come" she mewed sadly. Was everyone avoiding her?

"No, no you can come!" Even though the pretty white she cat liked Blackstripe, he wasn't getting in the way of her friends!
