Lexi looked up and kept drawing in her notebook.

Natasha smiled at Lily and Lexi, grateful for someone to back her up if her Uncle tried anything. "Hi guys! You sure you're okay, Lexi?"
Suddenly the door swung open and Professor Hunter entered the room. Natasha shuddered at the cold, empty look in his eyes that had always reminded her think of dark tunnels. At first it was like the lesson of Defence Against the Dark arts, he started the lesson by calling the role, and then he went on with starting a speech about Potions. "You are here to learn the subtle science and exact are of potion-making. I can teach you how to bottle fame, brew glory, even stopper death - if you aren't as big a bunch of dunderheads as I normally have to teach."
"Wilson!" said Snape suddenly. "What would I get if I added powdered root of asphodel to an infusion of wormwood?"Powdered root of what to an infusion of what? Natasha hoped for Lexi's state, that Lexi wasn't as stumped as she was.

Professor Hunter sniffed, "Correct" he hissed, showing annoyance that Lexi had gotten it right. "We're starting on the Draught of the Living Death next lesson".
Natasha smiled triumphly at the Slytherins, who were now openly glaring at Lexi, she stuck her tongue out at them and quickly paid attention to Professor Hunter."What is the difference, Cut, between monkshood and wolfsbane?" Natasha winced as Hunter turned on Lily.

Lexi looked at Lily and then suddenly the door opened and Scopious came in. He almost shoved Lexi out of her chair moving to his seat. "Stupid Slythrien" Lexi mumbled but then kept on listing to Proffeser hunter.

When Natasha saw Scorpious of the corner of her eye, she flipped him off.
Suddenly another first-year followed Scorpious into the classroom. Natasha recognised him as another Gryffindor, by the name of Kate Andrews. She was nursing a wrist, that had been broken when two six-year Slytherins shoved her against the wall.
"Why are you late!" Professor Hunter demanded. As Kate started to explain about going to the Hospital Wing, he held up his hand. "I don't know, and frankly, I don't care! Minus a point from Gryffindor for lateness!" Natasha glared at her uncle.
He didn't even take a point from Malfoy!"Well?" Professor Hunter continued, staring at Lily.
