    Nodding simply, Ivy slowed down, decided to relax a little. Blix was right--she'd been so tense since she'd been the leader of the remaining Southerners.

    OOC: that's exactly what he said :) lol


    Ic: Blix looked at Ivy and gently nuzzled the top of her head,
    "Love you, remember that would ya?" He formed into his human form and looked at her.

    "Yeah, I will," she purred, though she remained in her draconic form. It was magically draining to walk as a human, and her paranoid instinct preferred to be herself.

    Blix looked at her and said "Come on, I'm here. For me this once walk hand in hand." He looked at her with a sort of mixed emotion

    Sighing, Ivy decided to comply. Suddenly there was a pale, dark-haired woman next to Blix, greeny-orange eyes about the most outlandish feature about her. She was clad all in a black jumpsuit, and her long hair was held back in a tight braid. Blushing slightly, she slipped her hand into his, not used to shows of affection.

    Blix smiled and kissed her on the cheek,
    "Come let's walk." His hood still hiding most of his face, but even though it covered his face, you could see his eyes sparkling in delight because he was going to do something soon and how ivy would be surprised ( In a good way !)

    She walked along, exhaling quietly as she took in the environment around her. Even when she was supposed to be relaxing, her mind instantly assessed things such as tracks and even plants. It wasn't her fault--her very species was used to constant alert, with no room for relaxation.

    Jace looked at her and smiled , he wrapped his arms around her back. Lifting her off her feat and twirled her in a circle and once she was back on her feat he gave her the most passionate kiss he had ever given.
    "I love you Red... Thanks for waiting..."


    Blix pulled Ivy closer, sensing her tense body he gently leaned in and kissed her cheek.
    "It's just natural for you ain't it? To be on guard?" He could see the spot up ahead.

    Red's breath caught in her throat and she gently kissed back, pulling away and leaning her forehead against his collarbone. She listened to his heartbeat, smiling slightly as it seemed to time up with hers. Through his shirt, the archer murmured gently, "You would've done the same..."

    "I would have waited till the end of days..." He whispered gently. He just wanted to hold her, that's all he wanted to do, just be here with his one true love. He kissed her forehead and said "forever I will protect you..."

    "Fine by me," she replied, leaning into him. "If I'll allow myself to be protected. But you're right, it's just too natural for me to always be on guard. I can't ever really feel perfectly at ease...unless I'm with you." She looked up into his eyes, irises luminous.

    "We'll your with me now Ivy..." He said looking right back into her eyes. He had waited so long to be with her and now he had the chance to be with her forever

    "It's about time, too," she said truthfully, easing back into his arms.

    Back at camp, Cadaecus was asking stupid questions that would be obvious to even him. Even more curious, Poseidon flanked him constantly, and responded as if he was listening, as well. Everyone knew that Poseidon and Cad had a bit of a psychic connection passed down through Cad's father, but for Poseidon to understand plain and simple English? That was a little bit much. But nobody called them out, because nobody thought that Cad was a threat...

    Blix looked at Ivy and asked "Do you dance at all?" He was a great dancer, he was of course a dragon prince. It used to be mandatory in the kingdom.


    Jace nodded and grabbed Red's hand.
    "Come let's walk together."
