My middle school band director got mad a a uphonium play and threw his baton at him

That thing is like taboo to us.
Once he dropped it and a kid picked it up and gave it to him and we were all grossing out because HE TOUCHED THE TIP THAT WAS IN THE DIRECTOR'S MOUTH EEWWWW

My middleschool director was too nice and not strict enough. It was slap in a face when I got into high school.
[size=8]Lol one good thing about my director is that he's pretty harsh so I'm prepared for pretty much any kind of director when I go to high school next year. xD
Lol, harsh directors are better than really nice directors in my opinion.
Yea mine director also is the band director for the highschool so I'll have him when I go into highschool.. Well at least I hope so.

yikes i loved our high school band director untill we got this new one... he is a drum major and he plays favorites
I feel bad for you!
I had my band director in 6th grade that i have in highschool. After that, he switched and we got our overly nice, not strictt 7th and 8th grade band teacher.

My band director is what some people call mean, but really he's just pushing us to do our best. He can be really fun if we listen to him and follow his expectations for us.
