    You can go to the Fan Clans and Tribes board (click here!) and make a new thread. Just make up a clan name, ranks, and anything else you'd like to add! Most clans usually have a form where other members can post with their character's name, appearance, and what rank they want.

    this is thread, tropical. You just do what you did here to make a thread, which was go to the little buttons at the top of the thread list, and click on the one that says "new thread" and make a thread :)
