"Ummm..." She stuttered and then mumbled something under her breath

"Tell me!"

"I-I think I like you Dan... Even though we just met today..." She said, looking back at the sand

"You know this sand is really interesting." Dan smiled looking down a it. "And I like you too. Now, tell me what makes this sand so pretty to look at?"

She giggled and shrugged "I dunno..." She thought for a moment then tilted her head a little "Maybe it's because it's so soft, or the way it sparkles in the sun?"

"Like your eyes?"

She smiled in a shy way and shrugged "My eyes don't sparkle"

"They are right now."

She blushed again and smiled at him "t-thanks"

Dan laughed. "Like the ocean sparkles in the sun."

"Everything sparkles"'she giggled, as she laid back into the sand, placing her arms behind her head as she watched the clouds

"Not me." He laughed and laid beside her.

"That's not true. You sparkle in your own way. Like Edward from twilight" she laughed

"No! Then I can't be shirtless like Jacob."

She laughed and shook her head "Fine Fine! You can be like Jacob if you really want to!"

"Yay!" He laughed and took his shirt off.

Summer watched him, and felt her blood rise to her cheeks once again. She couldn't tear her eyes away from his chest.

"Ah! Privacy!" He covered himself. "Gosh. Can't a girl get some privacy?"

She turned away, her face really red and stuttered "uh..um s-s-sorry...."
