Darkness has slowly begun to cover the world damaged by war and Cipher's evil scheme. Cipher had already overtaken Saffron City and made their base there. Their grand takeover would begin in 72 hours time. Along with a significant lack in regular Pokemon, new experiments made from non Eeveelution DNA have started to reveal themselves, made from a lab in the Hoenn region. Even if Cipher is stopped, the Pokemon have gone into a frenzy, corrupted by the darkness covering the world and making them all Shadow Pokemon. Even some of the experiments are falling into the darkness. With Cipher's evil plan completely screwing up the world and everything in it, can the experiments stop Cipher and return the natural balance of things? Or will the world be brought down by raging Pokemon tainted by shadow? The grand finale begins, now.

Zero let out a scream of pain. He was recently thrown into a torture chamber in Cipher's base, forcibly getting electricity forced into his body. It's only been an hour after he was brought to the base, and they were doing anything they could to contain the experiments they had captured. Saber walked back into Ecruteak City, kicking a red ball on the ground. He was left behind by the others and really pissed off about it. So much, he grew to hate the others. His anger was slowly escalating too far, beginning to drag him down to darkness. Tyrant continued his walk through the undersea cave, looking for the Gyarados responsible for killing his father during the war.
